The combination of red LEDs at 660 nanometers (a measurement of wavelengths, the higher the number the deeper the penetration) and infrared LEDs at 880 nanometers has been shown to significantly reduce pain, accelerate healing, and dramatically improve the skin.
The LEDs penetrate deep into the skin and tissue where the wavelengths easily permeate the cells. Once there, they set positive reactions into motion including repair, renewal, regeneration, boosting collagen production, blocking pain transmitting chemicals, speeding up healing, and so much more.
